you will receive an email from us with our client intake form for you to fill out and send back to us via email.
this intake form helps us get to know your general desires and prepare for the energetics the land currently holds so we can arrive to the consultation best prepared with a starting vision design for the work being done in your space. we wish to make the most of our time together each time we meet.
step 3
the initial consultation is like our envisioning session. we will create a greater sense of what your space will look and feel like at the end of our timeline. we want to get to know you and what inspires you most in the world so your outdoor space is a nurturing hub for your senses. ceremony is rooted into our land tending practice and our goal is to create a deeply intentional space for you to nurture your own practices and connection to nature. we treat the land like we would treat family. we have myriad skills and are very honest about our abilities during this process. <3
pricing
this is the time where we commit to the technical stuff so we can fully immerse our focus into the creative process of this journey. during or soon after the consultation, we will settle on a budget and general timeline along with signing our contract & agreements to ensure the sacred container of our work can be done in ease with the land and your hearts.
pricing varies depending on necessary labor, materials, and planning. pricing will be broken down in your invoice upon request.
* we do not subcontract at this time but have a network of people we can refer to you if you wish for something outside of our current capacity.

This session will be an in-person appointment on your property and will be between 45min-1hr of time.
Initial consultations are included in the price of your service package should you choose to hire us for your project.
This includes the preparation we do for our an optimal design process from the information on your client intake form and the time we will be present on your property. If you continue on-boarding with us, this number will be consolidated & included in your total.
After you send us your information here, you will receive an email with our client intake form. This will help prepare us for the energies present on your land and what you are wishing to welcome to your outdoor space with our service.
If for any reason you are needing to reschedule, please give us at lease a 48hr notice via email or phone so we can get you scheduled for a new time-slot. This is a safety net to ensure both of our times are valued and treated with sacred, tender touch.
